Shipping Policy

At Virexa, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 14–21 business days.

  • Shipping Method: Standard International Shipping.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Virexa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately at support@virexa.com to file a claim.
