At Virexa, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Any tags or protective seals must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. How to Request a Return

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the necessary return authorization and further instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@virexa.com so we can resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a full refund.

5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in Section 1.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: Within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
